Our client is a forward-thinking organisation looking to recruit a Business Transformation Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced change professional to play a key role in delivering and embedding change initiatives across the business, improving efficiency and supporting strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing change management strategies to maximise adoption and minimise resistance
* Acting as a key link between project teams and business operations to ensure smooth transitions
* Conducting change impact assessments and readiness analyses
* Supporting and delivering communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Identifying training needs and facilitating workshops to support change adoption
* Driving continuous improvement and embedding new ways of working
* Creating process maps and documentation to support business understanding
* Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives
* Supporting benefits realisation by ensuring changes are effectively embedded
* Evaluating implemented changes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business goals
You will ideally have:
* A recognised change management qualification (e.g. APMG, CCMP, CMI or equivalent)
* Proven experience in business change management or transformation roles
* Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience delivering communication and rollout plans
* Ability to drive adoption and measure success through tangible outcomes
* Experience with process mapping (BPMN/UML preferred)
* Good understanding of project/programme management principles
