About the Role
We're expanding our specialist dental recruitment team and looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Junior or Trainee Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to break into the recruitment industry with full training provided, while developing expertise in one of the UK's most in-demand healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in sourcing and screening dental professionals (dentists, hygienists, nurses, practice managers)
* Manage job postings and candidate outreach across multiple platforms
* Build relationships with candidates and dental practices nationwide
* Support the team with administrative tasks and database management
* Learn the full recruitment cycle and contribute to placements

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Utilise various platforms, including social media, to promote job openings and engage potential candidates.
* Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
* Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
* Manage candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
Skills
* Proven experience in lead generation within a recruitment or sales environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Experience in relationship management, demonstrating an ability to build rapport with clients and candidates..
* Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
