The Role
£35K base, 45k OTE.
3 days in office (near Manc Piccadilly) 2 days from home.
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow Joy’s presence across the NHS and public sector.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in SaaS sales, with a clear pathway to becoming a Business Development Manager within 12 months .
You’ll be responsible for identifying new NHS opportunities, building outreach campaigns, and booking qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
What You will be doing
* Identify and research NHS organisations and key stakeholders
* Build outbound outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
* Confidently make outbound calls to generate interest
* Book qualified discovery calls and product demos
* Log activity, manage pipeline, and maintain accurate records in HubSpot
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaign strategy
* Participate in team stand-ups, coaching sessions, and sales sprints

* A strong written communicator with attention to detail
* High energy, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
* Degree educated
* Experienced in sales, lead generation, or outbound outreach (1+ year preferred)
Desirable Experience
It’s a bonus if you have:
* Experience working with the UK public sector
* An understanding of NHS structures and decision-making
* Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
