Job Description Job Title: Lead Assembly Operator Location: Smethwick Pay Rate: £12.95 - £14 per hour Working Hours * Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30 * Friday: 07:30 – 12:30 (early finish) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead Assembly Operator to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of our production, warehouse, and refurbishment teams in Smethwick. This is a key leadership role requiring a proactive individual who can lead by example on the shop floor while ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency targets are met. The successful candidate will play an integral part in coordinating team activities while remaining actively involved in assembly and refurbishment tasks.
