Overview
We are seeking eager and detailed candidates for this sales admin role. Your role will be:
* Provide administrative support.
* Process sales orders and manage inventory levels, collaborating with other departments as necessary.
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service and support in a professional manner. Telephone etiquette a must.
* Handle correspondence via Microsoft Outlook, ensuring timely communication with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Sage or similar accounting software experience is a plus.
* Strong sales/admin background and excellent English communication.
* High computer literacy; basic IT troubleshooting.
* Organised, able to manage time effectively.
* Customer service experience is advantageous.

* This role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am-2:45 on Friday.
* The pay for this role is dependant on experience.
