We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Planner / Associate Transport Planner to join a rapidly expanding team near Crawley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Transport Planner who thrives on variety, client interaction, and project ownership. You will be trusted to lead small to medium-sized projects from inception through to completion, as well as play a key role in the delivery of larger, high-profile schemes.
Alongside project delivery, you'll attend client meetings, liaise with external consultants and local authorities, collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team, and help support and mentor junior planners.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading small to medium projects and contributing to larger-scale developments.
Attending client meetings and liaising with local authorities, consultants, and internal teams.
Providing technical expertise in transport planning and modelling.
Supporting the training and development of junior planners.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years' experience as a Transport Planner in either public or private sectors.
Strong knowledge and experience of TEMPro, ARCADY, PICADY, LinSig, TRICS, and Excel.
A Master's degree in Transport Planning (desirable but not essential).
Membership of a relevant professional body (CIHT, CILT) - desirable but not essential.
A full, clean driving licence.
