Overview
Duration: 2 years. Salary: £42,000 plus fantastic benefits. Locations: Bristol or Leeds. Mix office and home working with our hybrid working policy.
Qualifications: Stage 2 Qualification in Occupational Psychology with the British Psychological Society, leading to eligibility for Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration and Chartered Membership with the British Psychological Society. Training and costs are all taken care of.

What you need to apply
* A Master of Science degree in Occupational Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society.
* While we do not require a set minimum degree achievement, we strongly recommend the ability to demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role. Some aspects of this, alongside behaviours and values, will be assessed through the application process.

Locations
Youll be in Bristol or Leeds. You will be in that location for the duration of your scheme. With our hybrid working policy, all colleagues are expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office.
