Job Description
The COO will play a key support role to the General Manager, and lead a diverse and experienced Operations and Project teams. Your role will include, and not be limited to:
1. Operations & Project Delivery: Engineering/design, project management, production, procurement, and warehousing.
2. Project Financials: Cost control, delivery time-lines, and margin preservation across projects from $0.5M to $10M+.
3. Systems & Processes: Initiate and lead implementation of best practices and operational platforms (., Netsuite).
4. Team Leadership: Manage/influence 5-7 functional leads across engineering, production, projects, procurement, and finance.
5. Culture Stewardship: Maintain our transparent, merit-based, and self-policing culture.
