We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to work with a well-established contractor carrying out domestic electrical maintenance and repair works on behalf of a housing association across Berwickshire.
This is a 12-week temporary contract with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role:
1. Carrying out domestic electrical repairs and maintenance
2. Working within occupied and void housing properties
3. Testing, fault finding, and remedial works
4. Completing work safely and to a high standard
5. Representing the contractor professionally when dealing with tenants and clients
Requirements:
6. Qualified Electrician with relevant certifications
7. 18th Edition essential
8. ECS card preferred
9. Own van and tools essential
10. Full UK driving licence
11. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
