About the Role
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team.
* Driving sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.
* Implementing effective sales strategies and processes.
* Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
* Maximising all profit opportunities for the business.
* Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

* Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry.
* A strong track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of the sales process.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* A positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented attitude.
* A full UK driving licence.
