This is a temporary part‑time position (8, 12, 16 & 30 hours) based in the Beckton store. For this position we will require 2‑5 days flexibility, including weekends.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Deliver an exceptional shopping experience as a H&M Sales Advisor.
* Represent the H&M brand positively and engage with customers to provide excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
* Support commercial and operational actions with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
* Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
* Provide and receive feedback to support self and colleague development.
