Key Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager: Product Roadmaps: Develop and execute detailed NPI & NPD roadmaps aligned with strategic goals. Be the visionary behind our product journey. Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional innovation projects that push boundaries and bring fresh ideas to life. P&L Support: Drive profitability through strategic financial planning and cost management. Monitor and manage P&L to ensure financial health. Leadership: Mentor and guide Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
