1. This is a static role responsible for undertaking fabric related duties throughout County Hall
Main Duties
2. Complete general fabric PPM tasks as per the site planner Undertake fabric repairs ensuring they are completed within the SLA times. These include small redecoration works, painting, door furniture, door closures, locks, filling and making good, minor wood working etc. Job status to be recorded using the PDA Ensure the clients premises are maintained to the highest standard by taking a proactive approach to repairs Assist the onsite engineers when required. To undertake escort duties of sub-contractors where required To attend site meetings or training when required Procure materials and equipment to carry out works. Manage fabric materials keeping stores tidy Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration Ensure that all company issued equipment is kept in excellent condition (Tools, PPE, Equipment)

3. Served a recognised fabric apprenticeship or relevant fabric training courses Has the necessary experience Good understanding of Health & Safety High standards and an eye for detail Punctual Can work with others or on their own
