Marketing Executive (Part-Time)
St Albans, Hertfordshire (Hybrid – Office Days: Typically Tues & Weds)
£21,000–£24,000 pro rata (£35k–£40k FTE)
22.5 hours | Flexible working | Permanent

About the Role
Working closely with Rick Wilmott (Sales & Marketing Director), you’ll help shape how our brand shows up – from social and video content to campaigns, events, and customer stories. Rick brings 20+ years of industry experience and a collaborative, ideas-driven approach, giving you both support and the space to take ownership.
You’ll act as the key point of contact for our marketing agency and play an important role in bringing together internal and external stakeholders to deliver joined‑up, commercially effective marketing.
This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, plenty of variety, and genuine room to grow as the role and the business continue to develop.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating marketing content (case studies, presentations, campaign assets)
* Leading social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) – content, posting, engagement
* Bringing new ideas for content, campaigns, and short‑form video
* Supporting campaigns and lead generation activity
* Planning and running events, webinars, and client activity
* Working closely with our marketing agency to brief and deliver campaigns
* Building relationships with key stakeholders (SLT, agency, clients, prospects, PR)
* Tracking performance and improving results over time
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Hands‑on marketing experience (preferably 2‑3 years+)
* Strong content creation (written and visual)
* Excellent communication and brand awareness
* Social media management experience
* Organised, able to manage multiple priorities
* Confident working with stakeholders and external partners
* Right‑To‑Work within the UK (without sponsorship)
* Full UK driving licence & access to own vehicle
Nice to Have
* B2B or tech/MSP experience
* Video and short‑form content skills
* Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress or analytics tools
