Role Overview
Tadley Court School are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, caring and passionate Occupational Therapist to become an integral part of our therapy team.
The successful candidate will be HCPC-registered and a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT). They must also hold a BSc in Occupational Therapy, or an equivalent professional qualification.
Responsibilities
Reporting to our school SENCO you will assess, develop and deliver programmes, monitor progress and compile reports. You will also be required to support staff with strategies for the classroom and beyond.
You will be expected to work collaboratively with the education team, parent and carers and other professionals and will support building our universal provision, helping to create a sensory-friendly environment.
Qualifications
HCPC-registered and a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT). BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience in a special needs environment is desirable. Newly qualified professionals with an interest in SEN and willingness to undertake sensory integration training will also be considered.

About the School
Tadley Court School is a special school with an Ofsted rating of GOOD. Our school is set in a beautiful semi-rural location with four acres of well-maintained grounds. We are a day school specialising in the education and care of up to 89 children and young people between the age of 4 and 19 years who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum with associated learning difficulties.
