What you’ll be doing
* Providing clear, expert advice on buy-to-let mortgage options
* Supporting clients from initial enquiry through to mortgage application
* Assessing client circumstances and recommending tailored finance solutions
* Identifying opportunities to help clients grow or optimise their portfolios
* Keeping up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and regulation
* Working closely with estate agents, solicitors, and other partners to ensure smooth transactions
What we’re looking for
* Experience in mortgages, property finance, or buy-to-let advice
* Strong understanding of buy-to-let lending and criteria
* Confident communicator who can simplify complex information
* A proactive, client-focused approach
* Someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering great outcomes
* £32,500 basic salary + monthly bonus
* Strong flow of quality leads and booked appointments
