Job Title: Early Careers & Skills Development Coach (Graduates)Location: Scotstoun, Barrow Or Preston – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular roleSalary: £46,409What you’ll be doing:Deliver the Graduate Personal Effectiveness Programme to Graduates across our UK Business Units using a blended learning approach through a combination of Online and Classroom based methodologiesDeliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfil their individual potential and develop skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the businessDelivery to group sizes that could vary with travel across the UK with overnight stays.Contribute to the development of the PE Programme as required, supporting reviews and sharing recommendations.
