Well-regarded regional law firm seeks an ambitious employment lawyer to join their team in Gloucester. Our client is a well-established multi-office firm with an excellent reputation. The firm is home to a successful employment practice which handles contentious and non-contentious employment work for respondent clients and senior executives and company directors. The firm is keen to appoint a talented employment lawyer with at least 2 years PQE to join their team. With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including some or all of: drafting terms and conditions and employment contracts and agreements, TUPE, equal pay issues, whistleblowing, a variety of discrimination claims, redundancy and Tribunal work, you’ll be joining a small but friendly and supportive team. You’ll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs and partnerships on varied and challenging employment law issues.
