Trainee Nursery Practitioner
Cressington Manor Nursery is recruiting a Trainee Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. The role focuses on supporting early years children, providing engaging learning experiences, and working in partnership with parents and carers.

To apply for this opportunity, you will need to
* Have GCSE grade 4+ (previously C or above) in English and Maths
* Be passionate about working in the childcare sector and making a difference to children’s lives
* Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* Be motivated, organised, reliable, and able to use initiative
* Have knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage and experience with early years children (advantage, but not essential)
Duties will include
* Supporting others and working as part of a wider team to provide stimulating activities for children and caring for all of their needs
* Facilitating children’s development by planning effective next steps for them
* Looking after and maintaining the learning environment to enhance children’s learning
* Working in partnership with parents and carers
* Ensuring that Nursery policies and procedures are always followed
