Senior it integration engineer

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a senior IT engineer with strong experience across multiple disciplines, including networking, Azure, Microsoft 365, endpoint, and security. We need someone with proven ability to assess unfamiliar environments and turn insight into action. We want a confident technical coordinator who can manage workstreams across teams. We are looking for a skilled communicator who can translate complex IT concepts into clear, practical language. We need someone who is comfortable taking ownership and driving outcomes. Experience with acquisitions or large-scale onboarding is a plus, but not essential. We are seeking a hands-on senior engineer who enjoys both leading and delivering. We prefer candidates with broad infrastructure experience across complex projects, upgrades, and migrations. Responsibilities: We lead the IT workstream for acquisitions from discovery through to handover. We assess incoming environments, identify risks, and define integration plans. We coordinate delivery across networking, identity, security, and service teams. We act as the trusted IT lead for stakeholders throughout each integration. We work across infrastructure teams on complex projects, upgrades, and migrations. We provide senior technical expertise where it is needed most. We support and unblock teams during high-demand delivery periods. We help build and refine a repeatable IT onboarding framework. We create templates, standards, and automation to streamline integrations. We contribute to continuous improvement across our IT estate.
