Job Description
This exclusive opportunity places you within a dynamic Global Network Services team, responsible for overseeing LAN switches and cabling on a global scale. You will play a critical role in delivering two major global programs focused on cabling and LAN hardware refreshes, primarily within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the delivery of Juniper/Cisco equipment to EMEA sites, ensuring timely and correct arrival.
2. Prepare sites for refresh activities and provide first-day hypercare support to facilitate smooth deployment.
3. Align with global teams to guarantee appropriate equipment placement at each site.
4. Collaborate with project coordinators in Asia Pacific and the US to track orders, configurations, and site readiness.
5. Manage financial processes, including invoice processing and purchase order receipt.
6. Maintain accurate data management in Excel for reporting purposes.
7. Present clear updates to senior stakeholders and ensure data integrity.
Essential Skills
8. Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
9. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including tracking, reporting, and data cleansing.
10. Experience in project administration and PMO support.
11. Understanding of financial processes, such as invoice and purchase order management.
12. Clear and confident communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
13. Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams across different time zones.
