We’re on the lookout for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our client in the Leamington Spa, someone who loves solving problems, streamlining the way things work, and turning good ideas into real improvements.
If you enjoy digging into processes, analysing data, chatting with teams, and making things run smoother, this could be your next move.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Getting stuck into how we currently do things and spotting ways to do them better
2. Running workshops, chatting with teams, and capturing business needs
3. Using Lean thinking and value stream mapping to redesign how we work
4. Measuring the impact of changes and showing the value through ROI
5. Building reports and dashboards to track what’s working
6. Working closely with different teams to bring process and tech improvements to life
7. Leading meetings, sharing ideas, and keeping everyone in the loop
8. Finding smart ways to automate and simplify our processes
9. Documenting things clearly—process flows, user guides, and more
10. Working across both Agile and Waterfall projects
What we’re looking for:
11. A degree in Business, IT, or something similar
12. Experience improving processes using Lean methods
13. Great at understanding data and making sense of complex workflows
14. Comfortable with process mapping and business analysis tools
15. Strong communicator and team player who can work with different people
16. Confident building dashboards and tracking performance
17. Proactive, organised, and happy juggling a few projects at once
18. Available to work onsite 5 days a week. Ample parking available onsite
