Contract: Full-time | Mon–Fri, 8:30am–3:30pm
Salary: £500–£570 per week

Are you a high-achieving graduate with a 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, or Childhood Studies? Are you passionate about early child development and looking to build experience before moving into teaching, educational psychology, or therapeutic roles? A leading Birmingham primary school with a well-regarded Early Years department is seeking a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team this September.
About the Role
* Support children in Nursery and Reception through structured and play-based learning
* Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions in areas such as early literacy, numeracy, and emotional regulation
* Work closely with experienced EYFS staff to create a nurturing, engaging environment
* Gain insight into child development, behaviour management, and early learning frameworks
Requirements
* A 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or a related field (essential)
* Passion for working with young children and supporting early development
* Strong communication, empathy, and initiative
* Some experience with children (through volunteering, placements, or paid roles) is desirable
