We are seeking an ambitious individual with analytical business support experience to support the Head of FP&A.
The Job:
You will be hands-on, commercially minded analyst, with proven experience of building relationships within stakeholders to take a joined up, proactive approach.
Duties include:
* Deliver insightful financial analysis to inform key business decisions.
* Support the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
* Prepare high-quality financial reports and data to senior management.
* Cost analysis to identify key variances and trends.
* Identify key performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
* Support the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes, systems and reporting.
* Managing and developing a team of Analysts.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and influencing abilities.
* Resilient self-starter who identifies problems and implements solutions.
* Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach.
* Ideally managerial experience.
