We have a Domestic Team Leader role to join our team based at Farnham Hospital Hale



* £14.06 per hour, £27,486.00 per annum
* 37.5 hours per week
* 10am 18pm Monday to Friday (flexibility required as working hours may vary depending on operational needs)
* DBS check will be conducted, training will be providing
* Driving License required



Key Responsibilities


This role is responsible for leading the delivery of highquality domestic services across NHS Property Services premises by managing and supervising cleaning teams, ensuring all work is completed in line with NHS cleaning standards, health and safety requirements, and internal policies. It includes planning and overseeing daily cleaning operations, conducting audits, maintaining accurate records, managing stock and equipment, and ensuring staff are fully trained, competent, and supported. The role also involves effective rostering, covering absences, handling administration such as timesheets and leave records, liaising with tenants and service users, reporting incidents and building issues, and managing resources within an allocated budget. Flexibility is required to respond to operational needs and to cover cleaning shifts when necessary.
