Job Description
TrueNorth are working with a UK wide tech consultancy who are growing across the board. We're looking for an Account Director to join the team.
This role will form a key part of the wider Sales and GTM team, being primarily responsible for working with their existing customers to identify and secure new projects and programmes of work for the organisation. The right candidate will be able to provide creative solutions and deliver these solutions using strong presentation skills.
The organisation is a successful software and tech consultancy, focussing on software and cloud based solutions across a range of technology spaces, with data coming into focus later this year.
Key skills and experience required
* Experience of software and/or technology consultancy
* Demonstrable experience and track record in an account management and director position previously, across multiple clients
* Excellent communication
* Stakeholder engagement, management and influence
* Client centric approach
* Strong negotiation skills
We have a salary of £70-£80k for the role plus bonus and benefits - the OTE for the role is expected to be in the £100k region.
We're looking for this candidate to cover the Yorkshire region, the ideal candidate will be based locally, the role is remote with office and customer travel as required. There is also an office in Leeds available for use if you prefer hybrid working.
