Care Manager (Maternity Cover) Contract duration: 12 months(with possibility of extension for the right candidate) Salary:£37,000+ Per Annum (DOE) Location:Hammersmith (Full Time & Office Based) Hours:40 hours per week, 9.00am 5.30pm, Monday to Friday On-call once every four weeks, Friday 5.00pm Monday 9.00am (for which an additional payment is made). Scope of the role The Care Manager is responsible for all aspects of client care, ensuring the rights, needs and preferences are central to how services are assessed, planned and delivered. Reporting to the Head of Care, the Care Manager will manage a team of care staff, providing mentoring, supervision and in-house learning to ensure the company ethos every action matters and values of integrity, compassion and respect are reflected in all interactions with colleagues and clients.
