Your new role: As a Formulations Scientist, you'll be involved in the design, development, and optimisation of complex formulations to support therapeutic innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality research and contribute to the development of scalable processes for future manufacturing. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on collaboration, problem-solving, and scientific rigour. Key responsibilities include: Designing and developing new formulation strategies. Supporting process development and scale-up activities. Preparing technical documentation and reports. Collaborating with internal teams to meet project goals. Maintaining high standards in laboratory research. What you'll need to succeed: A Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Physics). Experience working in a laboratory setting with formulation development. Familiarity with analytical and characterisation techniques. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in techniques such as SAXS, DSC, NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, DLS, and TEM. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
