* Shift work, 32 hours Mon - Sun, 7am - 3pm OR 3pm-11pm.
* Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and exceptional phone etiquette
* Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings
* Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys
* Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
* Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
* Responding to requests for help and information
* Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments
* Checking guests out, taking payments and returning deposits
Applicants must be able to drive or reliably get to and from work easily, as public transport does not operate frequently nearby.
