Position Overview: Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced and motivated Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our young learners, providing them with a strong foundation for future success. You will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons for Key Stage 1 students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual needs of each child.
* Assess and track students' progress, providing feedback and support for their development.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school leadership team to ensure the best educational experience for students.
* Encourage a love of learning and a growth mindset among your students.
* Promote the well-being and social development of students in a safe and caring classroom.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
* A passion for education and a dedication to the growth and development of young learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom.
* The ability to inspire and engage young children in their learning journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
