The role Recommend Arqiva technology strategy anticipating future portfolio needs whilst modernising portfolios Own technology roadmaps for cross-domain integration capabilities where required Manage strategic technology relationships with enterprise level technology partners, ensuring full collaboration with and from Engineering and Operations Define roadmaps for enterprise level strategic partners Define enterprise architecture governance & standards - facilitate and set cross-portfolio and domain technology standards and promote standards adherence Manage technology research & development activity creating a pipeline of potential future technology opportunities The person Creating followership Inspires and creates energy and belief in individuals and teams pan-Arqiva by communicating meaningfully Bringing the outside in Brings new ideas, contacts and approaches to Arqiva to challenge existing ways of working and mindset Technical credibility & expertise Generate value for Arqiva with your technical expertise and experiences Experience Experience in a Director level role in Media and Broadcast, Utilities/infrastructure industries TOGAF (or Industry recognised/aligned Enterprise Architecture framework) certification required A recognised project management certification (e.g. PMI PMBOK, Prince2, etc.) and or ITIL qualification will be advantageous but not essential for this role Technological acumen – deep understanding of technological environment, markets, competitors and associated products and services Advanced stakeholder and supplier management skills and experience We are the undisputed leader in UK TV and radio broadcast, and the UK’s leading Smart utilities platform, directly shaping the future of connectivity.
