Summary (Major Purpose of the Role):
We’re looking for a confident and passionate Salesforce Training Facilitator to empower both internal teams and external clients with the knowledge to use our ASSIST software (powered by Salesforce). You’ll design and deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, helping users get the most from our technology.
This is a field-based role with significant travel, including visits to NHS sites and overnight stays.
Main Activities/Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging training sessions to internal staff and external clients
Facilitate refresher courses and onboarding for new users
Visit client sites (primarily NHS) and conduct remote training via Teams
Create user-friendly guides and video demos tailored to customer needs
Design and implement training strategies aligned with rollout plans
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the ASSIST platform
Continuously assess training effectiveness and adapt as needed
Competencies:
A natural ability to listen, empathize, and adapt to different learning styles
Confidence in presenting to varied audiences and tailoring your delivery
Strong communication skills—both verbal and non-verbal
A proactive mindset, open to using new technologies and AI tools
Excellent time management and punctuality
A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Education and Experience:
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Passport (desirable – for international travel)
Enhanced DBS check (required)
Experience in field-based training and stakeholder engagement
Strong customer service background
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written/spoken English
