Working Foreman
We are a successful small to medium-sized building contractor and are currently seeking a Site Manager/Working Foreman to join our team.
This role will involve, but not be limited to:
* Managing the trades
* Assisting trades when needed
* Ordering of materials
* Liaising with the client and our in-house staff
* Working closely with our contracts manager
* Ensure site is clean and tidy
* Working within a team
* Immediate start
Experience level required:
* Minimum of 5 years experience
* Hardworking, reliable, and committed
* Someone that can use their own initiative
* Quality workmanship and takes pride in their work
Site requirements and location:
* Site locations are within approx. 20 miles of our Princes Risborough office
* A company van will be available
Salary and working hours:
* £45,000+ based on experience
* Bonus scheme (performance based)
* Working hours 7:30 am-4:30 pm, Monday – Friday
* 3 months trial period
