As our restaurant manager you will play a vital part in maintaining the restaurants high standards. and create a positive working environment for all our team
This listing is for our location at the Livngston shopping centre.
\*Approx 45 hours per week
5 out of 7 days, most weekends on duty

Managers run their own store as if it belongs to them. From managing daily operations and tasks, to taking responsibility for the turnover of the shop, Managers will have the ability to recruit and manage a team of their own.
A Managers role is one of the highest positions within our business and comes with great responsibility and great rewards on success and targets being met.
Roles would include;
Serving in the restaurant, takeaway, & fish frying
Recruiting staff
Ordering all food/drinks and supplies required for the daily running of the restaurant.
Health and safety compliance.
Assisting with staff training and development, ensuring each team member delivers the service standards expected.
Doing team rotas for shop, making sure adequit cover is scheduled for peak time, whilst staying within set wage targets.
Analysing mystery shopper reports - then reverting to staff with findings and carrying out re training if required to ensure the store is passing all mystery shopper audits.
Cash handling - cash control/ change ordering/cashing up daily money/balancing money/banking money/ safe balancing.
Ensuring all staff are working from Operations Manual correctly, when issues arise reverting back to training records and operations manual to maintain consistent standards through all areas of the store.
Execute tasks being given to you from senior management in a timely manner.
Setting targets and ensuring the team deliver them - financial/cleanliness etc
Oversee compliance info ensuring its updated - health & safety/environmental health/allergy info
Holding management meetings when required.
