As a Domestic Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our home. Your attention to detail and pride in your work will help ensure our residents live in a space that’s not only spotless, but also filled with warmth, care and dignity.
What You’ll Do:
1. Carry out daily cleaning duties across bedrooms, communal areas, and facilities
2. Support infection control and hygiene standards throughout the home
3. Handle laundry and linen with care and respect for residents’ belongings
4. Work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
5. Treat every resident and colleague with kindness and professionalism
What You’ll Bring:
6. A strong work ethic and eye for detail
7. A caring, respectful attitude toward older adults
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Experience in cleaning or domestic work (preferred but not essential)
10. A commitment to upholding Castlewood’s values in every task
