Your Responsibilities
You will be part of an Installation & Intervention team developing products and services from concept to operations and work closely with our Service Centers to improve continuously.
1. Designing installation tooling from concept phase through releasing it for manufacturing & providing life of field support.
2. Designing products in accordance with design specifications and engineering standards.
3. Cooperating within the Value Stream Engineering team, with project teams, Service Sites, and other cross-functions teams.
4. Taking responsibility for product documentation required for procurement, fabrication, testing including:
5. Product quality requirements,
6. 3D models, drawings and layouts of single components, assemblies & systems,
7. Verification of design using classical analysis techniques and/or FEA,
8. Assembly, test & maintenance documentation,
9. Creating & maintaining user/engineering/service documentation.
10. Performing Product Design Reviews and Risk Assessments.
11. Executing work in order to deliver the design in compliance with requirements, within baseline dates and budgets.
12. Participating in technical meetings with other TechnipFMC Product Groups, Operations, Service Sites, Suppliers and Customers.
13. Defining assembly, disassembly and test requirements.
14. Leading improvements programs.
You are meant for this job if:
15. BA/MA degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanics, Machine Design, Mechanical Engineering or similar).
16. Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Design & Development.
17. You have the desire to work in a Multicultural and multi-functional team.
18. Good communication skills to discuss aspects of the design with stakeholders and lead design reviews.
19. You are proactive and able to identify and define your tasks.
20. You are flexible concerning job tasks and adapt well to changes.
21. Ability to work in challenging project environment, problem solving skills, accountability.
22. Experience in CAD software (creating models, drawings, assemblies, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing).
23. Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
24. Fluent English & Polish.
