Yes, your main role will be to visit people’s homes to provide the care which helps them to remain at home, but in many cases this is something as simple as preparing their meals and having a little chat.
We have customers with more complex care needs as well, but don’t worry, we will give you all the training you need to do this, and this personal development won’t cost you anything, so it’s win, win!
Then, there is the other side of what we do. So, we may ask you to take our customers to the beach, cafe or the shops; or you can help with one of our social events in the community which encourage social interaction and companionship. And if you would like to do all of this, then we certainly won’t stop you.

This role has set shift patterns which allow a great work and home life balance and is paid as 12-hour shifts.
We will need you to be:
* A driver
* Confident – be ready for an ever-changing rota with new customers added regularly
* Experienced – 1 year's home care experience or Level 2 qualified
* Reliable – we will monitor sickness levels closely as this is a small team
* Flexible – be willing to travel across Nuneaton & Bedworth
* Willing – to be part of a quality team
