What youll be doing
As a Support Worker, your role will include:
* Providing high-quality care and emotional support
* Assisting with daily routines, including personal care where required
* Promoting independence and dignity
* Supporting service users in the community and with social activities
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns
* Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Pay & Benefits
* £13.00 £17.00 per hour (depending on experience & shift type)
* Flexible shifts days, nights, weekends available

* Previous care/support experience (preferred but not essential)
* A compassionate and reliable approach
