Poms Lichfield recently celebrated it's 10th Birthday We are looking for hard working people, passionate about delivering the highest standards of service to customers, to join the team in our busy, award winning flagship Lichfield site
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in food and beverage preparation and service
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Take orders and serve food and drinks
- Set up and fully clean down the restaurant area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant during service.
- Follow food safety and health and safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
PLEASE NOTE:
We are looking for someone with flexible availability, must be able to work weekends.
Must also be available to work Bank Holidays, and other key dates throughout the year.
We do not open on evenings, so no late nights.
In addition to your pay, you will also receive a share of the service charge received each month.
You may, from time to time, be asked to help at our other restaurant locations.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
