Job Title: Revenue Protection Analyst (6 month FTC)

Salary: £27,976 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Do you have previous experience on a revenue protection process, including handling debt warrants?
Are you skilled at identifying, investigating, and resolving revenue threats both internally and externally?

What does this role involve?
Working as part of the Revenue Protection team, you will investigate and support with the recovery of outstanding monies owed to Utilita. This includes liaising with customers, internal departments and third parties in relation to meters.
Day to day, you will;
* case manage raised enquiries regarding customer meters, which have abnormal activity alerts;
* use Utilita and third-party systems to identify potential fraud;
* work closely with third party warrant agencies to manage and resolve daily issues related to warrants.
Who are we looking for?
You will have a strong knowledge of revenue protection processes, with the ability to proactively identify and implement improvements.
You will have a methodical approach and be able to follow processes to make logical decisions.
You will have an inquisitive and curious nature, along with a keen eye for detail, to understand and correct any anomalies.
