Role Purpose
To supervise and manage a team within a community-based setting, working closely with the staff and management team, to ensure that the service runs effectively and smoothly.
* To take responsibility for the overseeing of recruitment and line management of volunteers
* To complete audits within the service
* To work closely with service manager to ensure achievement of performance, promote the service and its outcomes to commissioners and stakeholders using innovative and accurate data measures.
* To deputise for the Service Manager at various meetings across Essex, ensuring that service agenda is promoted, and offer support to recovery coordinators.
