Industry Strategy Graduate - (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)
We are seeking candidates to join TikTok Shop in 2026. As a graduate, you will get opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock growth. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume.
Responsibilities
* Conduct data analysis to support merchant growth strategies for home & living and 3C categories
* Track and analyze initiatives not limited to seller missions, live sessions and advertisement revenue to support growth of merchants and attainment of platform objectives
* Support in data analysis to provide detailed weekly updates for team meetings
* Conduct in-depth data analysis to unveil insights to support operations growth
* Conduct monitoring of projects and recapping of projects
* Streamlining complex processes through simplified SOPs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Graduated in 2025 or about to graduate early 2026/ Undergraduate in a leading university
* Some understanding, interest or exposure to TikTok Shop
* Ability to set priorities, multi-task and work independently
* Some experience, interest or exposure to influencing cross-functional teams
* Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to influence others and be a resourceful problem solver
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- a 'can-do' attitude
* Clear communicator, capable of explaining complex concepts simply
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous internship in a technology company, preferably in operations role
* Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical experience
* Abilities to self-motivate and prioritise work
* Experience or proven interest in working with e-commerce
* A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering against stretching performance goals & proving brand value
