You will lead our administration team while contributing to strategic planning and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Administration leadership: Lead and develop the school administration team, undertake line management and appraisals Financial management: Monitor income and expenditure, support budget preparation, and produce regular financial reports in collaboration with the Trust Finance Manager Resource management: Ensure best value at all times, manage contracts and services, and explore income-generating opportunities through site usage Human resources: Oversee staff contracts, payroll, recruitment coordination, DBS checks, and maintain accurate personnel records Marketing and communications: Oversee the development of marketing materials, website, and parental communications Our commitment to staff development, wellbeing, workload, and belonging isn't just words—it's proven by our results.
