What will you be doing?
You will be leading and managing the process of securing projects through competitive bidding,
Writing effective proposals,
Managing cost estimates,
Working closely with BDMs to develop big winning strategies,
Preparing and delivering bid presentations.
Where will you be doing it?

What you'll need:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline,
Familiarity with technical estimating & procurement processes,
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
Ability to understand and review technical drawings,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Previous experience as a Bid Manager, Tender Manager or Proposals Engineer is preferred. Candidates with backgrounds in Project Management, Project Coordination, Design Management, or similar roles involving cross-functional collaboration will also be considered.
