As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will ensure timely and accurate settlement of payments, contributing to J.P. Morgan's leadership in clearing, custody, operations, and technology solutions. As a Payment Operations Specialist within EMEA Payments Operations Team, you will support the timely settlement of payments for our global clients. You will work in a dynamic environment, managing transaction activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Job responsibilities: Monitors transaction activity and controls settlement timeframes for fund transfers. Repairs payment transactions to ensure accuracy. Verifies transactions to meet compliance standards. Processes manual instructions for global currencies. Reviews, researches, and processes incoming funds transfers, ensuring accurate client account crediting or returning funds to the remitting bank. Leads or contributes to operational improvement initiatives and projects as directed by the Operations Manager. Supports incident management and remediation as required. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Previous experience in an operational, financial services, or customer services environment. Strong written and oral communication skills.
