Administrator required for Motor Vehicle Preparation Centre in Rugby Monday - Friday working hours, 42.5 hours per week £12.21 per hour Full-time, permanent We are looking for an experienced, organised Administrator to join our Client's team as an Administrator within their Vehicle Prep team. The role involves supporting the Vehicle Preparation Technicians with documentation, and logistics for auction and recall vehicles. The role: Conduct daily vehicle inspections / audits, document auction vehicles; Coordinate vehicle collection & delivery schedules; Prepare vehicles for delivery - ensuring the preparation work has been completed then fuelling / charging the vehicle; Booking vehicles for outsource and recall appointments; Arrange vehicle transportation and MOT bookings; Liaise with dealerships to manage repair estimates and invoicing. Experience required: Solid Administration experience - Motor Trade would be ideal; Confident in using in-house computer systems; Meticulous attention to detail; Ability to manage a busy workload Full company details available on application.
