This is a Learning Support role, an ideal graduate opportunity for someone aspiring to work within Criminal Justice, Probation, Rehabilitation, Trauma Support, and Psychology. The role is based in a challenging school setting for young children with trauma and mental health needs.
The school specializes in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Wellness concerns. You will play a vital role in helping to raise attainment among students who all have Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and associated learning difficulties.

The Graduate Learning Support Assistant position offers valuable experience in challenging environments. Empathy and pragmatism are essential. You will learn to focus on the holistic and therapeutic aspects of education.
