The Role We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our digital and general marketing activity across PPC, SEO, website management, social media, content creation and analytics. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this is a hands-on, varied role ideal for a marketing professional looking to develop their skills in a supportive, mission-driven organisation. Hybrid working with office attendance one day every fortnight. Key Responsibilities * Manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, paid social) * Conduct keyword research, write ad copy and manage budgets * Optimise on-page and off-page SEO * Maintain and update website content using WordPress or similar CMS * Assist with landing pages, website updates and marketing content * Plan, create and schedule social media content (paid and organic) * Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments * Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and ad platforms * Prepare reports with insights and recommendations * Support email marketing campaigns and service launches * Coordinate marketing activity with internal teams and external partners Skills & Experience * 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing * Hands-on experience with Google Ads * Strong understanding of SEO best practices * Experience using a CMS (e.g. WordPress) * Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organised, creative and detail-oriented * Confident using Microsoft Office Requirements * Full UK driving licence and access to a car * Ability to commute to Broxbourne (EN10) when required * Right to work in the UK Benefits * Beautiful countryside office with onsite parking * Sunday Times Best Place to Work Award winner * Team events and wellbeing initiatives * Company pension * Health and wellbeing programmes (including yoga and swimming pool access) * Supportive and inclusive working environment Safer Recruitment This role is subject to DBS checks, safer recruitment vetting, an in-house driving assessment, and drug and alcohol testing.
