Join us in this role where you can make a tangible impact on service delivery and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Client site lead to ensure smooth running of the satellite officeMaintain a weekly schedule of contract management movements and ensure timely circulation to teamAssist the business by the raising of purchase orders as requiredProvide F&H in way of refreshments for any meetingsProvide administration of ISS systems and processes for the sitesAdministration of security systems and database for the clientSupport internal performance key indicatorsMonitor site performance against SLA’s and KPI’sPromote a strong safety culture and lead by example and ensure the team are working effectively.Positively influence customer relationships to ensure regular contact is maintained and service delivery expectations are achieved/exceededProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsGCSE Maths and English or equivalentRelevant corporate / hospitality/ customer service experience 2-3 yearsIdeally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office) 2-3 yearsManagement of Personnel 2-3 yearsHigh degree of accuracyExcellent communication skillsGood time managementCustomer service skillsTechnical ability - Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced)Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a teamThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
