The role:
Head of Gatwick Cabin Crew
The Head of Gatwick Cabin Crew will be a proven leader of large teams with a track record of effective change management in an operational environment. This role involves providing strategic direction to ensure exceptional standards and a strong commercial focus. An inspiring and engaging leader, you will foster a competitive recognition and reward system, building a committed team capable of responding quickly and efficiently to market demands.
What you'll do:
* Oversee recognition, engagement, and communication with Gatwick cabin crew.
* Develop a motivated, customer-focused crew base. Be an advocate for BA's products and services.
* Drive change and transformation initiatives.
* Maintain a high-performance culture, achieving business performance targets, with appropriate reward and recognition for high performers.
* Lead the IR Strategy, building strong relationships with trade unions and colleague representatives.
